Medical Disclaimer

NeuroTrack is not a medical device.

NeuroTrack is a self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information, charts, reminders, and "insights" shown in the app are for your personal record-keeping and for sharing with a qualified healthcare provider — they are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

Some features (for example, blood-pressure ranges associated with autonomic dysreflexia, pressure-injury staging reminders, and mental-health screeners such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7) reference clinical ranges that you and your clinician can discuss. Scores and alerts are not diagnoses.

In a medical emergency, do not use NeuroTrack. Call 911 (US), 112 (EU), 999 (UK), 000 (AU), or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out: 988 (US/Canada), 116 123 (Samaritans, UK/Ireland), 13 11 14 (Lifeline, AU). A region-specific list is available inside the app under any mental-health screener.

Medication reminders in NeuroTrack are delivered by your device's notification system. They may fail to appear if your phone is off, in Focus or Do Not Disturb mode, has notifications disabled, is low on battery, or has been force-stopped. Do not rely on NeuroTrack as your only medication reminder.

By accepting, you confirm that you have read this disclaimer and agree to use NeuroTrack on these terms.
